At Bianca, we strive to offer the best dining experience to our guests. To ensure a smooth experience, please note our reservation policy:

RESERVATION POLICY

1. Reservations are available from Monday to Sunday 

2. Our Dress Code is Smart Casual. Open Shoes and Shorts are tolerated though we do not accept beachwear. 

3. During Weekend/Public Holidays, reservations are available from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and again from 8:45 PM to 9:45 PM.

4. Outside regular reservations hours, seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis especially during Weekend/Public Holidays 

5. We do welcome children of any age and the venue is able to provide baby chairs 

6. The restaurant can accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Kindly contact our staff to receive recommendations. 

7. For groups of 8 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly in advance 

8. Each table booked is guaranteed up to 15 MINUTES after booking time

9. 50% of the attendees must arrive within 15 MINUTES

10. If 50% of the guests fail to arrive at the restaurant within 15 MINUTES, the restaurant reserves the right to give the table to the next waiting queue.

11. Guests must inform the restaurant of any cancellation at least 3 hours prior to their reservation time

12. Any edit/update on bookings can be made up to 2 hours before reservation time

13. In case you would like to bring your own wines/spirits, we do have a corkage fee of 1,200 THB ++ for Wine and 1,500++ for Spirit. Please note that this fee is waivable by purchasing one bottle from us for each one bottle you bring along.

14. For Special Events, Privatization or other large parties inquiries, feel free to contact us directly to receive a quotation.
