At Bianca, we strive to offer the best dining experience to our guests. To ensure a smooth experience, please note our reservation policy:

Weekday Reservations (Monday to Thursday, Friday Lunch)

We accept reservations during regular weekdays. Please use our online reservation system to book your table. 

Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) & Holidays

We welcome only walk-in guests during weekends and public holidays/special days. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Queue System

Walk-ins are invited to register themselves at the front desk and will be assigned a Ticket number according to the number of guests per table. We have two distinct queues: Group of 1-2 people / Group of 3 people and more. An estimated time can be communicated upon queue confirmation. Both queues are moving distinctly according to the arrival time of each group. 

Large Parties (8 or More Guests)

For groups of 8 or more guests, we recommend contacting the restaurant directly in advance. This will help us to better accommodate and ensure the best possible dining experience.

Booking & Seating Policy

1. Late Arrival Policy: Each table booked is guaranteed up to 15 minutes after booking time.

2. After 15 minutes, if 50% of the attendees have not shown up yet, the restaurant reserves the right to give the table to the next waiting queue.

3. If guests arrive 15 minutes after the reservation time, the restaurant will offer the possibility to wait in the queue according to the number of guests.

4. Guests must inform the restaurant of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to their reservation time by calling the restaurant or contact by email (contact@biancabangkok.com)

5. The restaurant ensures changes or amends to all bookings with the condition of letting our team know at least 3 hours before booking time.
   
   

Group Booking Policy

1. Bianca accepts large groups and highly recommends to pre-order food by contacting the restaurant directly. 

2. Special Requests: Our Chef and Manager team can arrange any kind of request according to the guest preference (Dietary restrictions, celebrations, special attention). Feel Free to reach out to the restaurant.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our Dress code is ‘Smart Casual’. Open shoes are tolerated but any kind of beachwear is prohibited. 

2. Drinks & Food from outside are not allowed inside the restaurant.
